Just because a city seems to have job openings in your field of choice doesn’t mean you should pack up and move there tomorrow. There are other things to consider, such as the cost of living, transportation and even the weather! These things considered, here are 1o cities that are currently good choices to find jobs, in no particular order.

Minneapolis, MN – Can you handle cold winters? Major retailer Target is based here. Other substantial employers include Wells Fargo and the University of Minnesota. Basically, the area offers work in retail, banking and education, as well as health care and trucking. If you’re sports oriented, there’s professional baseball, football and hockey, as well as lots of water activities as the city has 20 lakes around it.
